XXXX XX/XX/XXXX My dear Madam or Sir, Subject : Ultimately, I only hope that Equifax will review these credits of mine for the sole purpose of getting my XXXX XXXX XXXX for graduate students approved My dear, I am XXXX XXXX XXXX who would like to let you know as following : Immediately after my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX for graduate students was denied due to my credit reports from Equifax, I first thought those reports were very accurate. However, after several unsuccessful attempts to contact them for discussion, I recognised that the reports were accurate but not yet updated. Type of Proceeding : MERIT TRIAL Another case of second part is, Regarding : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX Date : XX/XX/XXXX The court is advised that the parties have dismissed this case upon stipulated terms on XX/XX/XXXX, UNDER RULE XXXX ( b ) if an action is settled upon written stipulated terms and dismissed, the action may be reopened at any time upon request of any party to the settlement to enforce the stipulated terms through the entry of judgment or other judgment or other appropriate relief. Third part is : This XXXX XXXX XXXX sent me a notice with a picture of a scale of justice like all summonses from a court with the address of a location for me to go to for mediation. But a XXXX man forced me to be staying here because the police were coming to file a ticket for backing up and hitting that large pickup. I let the insurance company deal with them. As for the other woman 's business card, I kept it until yesterday and deleted it after I took a photo of XXXX pages of records of XXXX surgeries for a genetic XXXX that had flared up. My XXXX only flared up after I got XXXX and lived in a difficult mental and physical situation in a very long time of XXXX years, from XXXX XXXX outbreak until XXXX with XXXX times I had XXXX, that affected my credit. Until today now I know that the summons with the picture of the scales of justice to summon me to this post office is just a same way for the lawyer to threaten me like another case of second part, I cited above. In fact, at that time, all the people who were sued like me agreed to resolve paying the debt, because they fear entering the court room. Just only me, I insisted to enter the court room even though the lawyer who is suing me told me to abandon the trial. I wish to meet the judge because I was the one who wanted to pay the debt, but I did not pay the debt because I am not able to prevent XXXX from breaking out. If I had been able to prevent XXXX from breaking out, my credit would not have been lost. Fourth part is, if I say that the Equifax reports on my credit would be reviewed because there are some of the evidence : An article wrote by XXXX XXXX XXXX, First Vice President and XXXX XXXX, Senior Financial Economist on XX/XX/XXXX that, Government fiscal support protected banks from huge losses during the XXXX crisis Federal relief payments and loans allowed people and businesses to stay current on loan payments, providing banks as much as {$300.00} billion in indirect government support The XXXX pandemic triggered a financial crisis in XX/XX/XXXX that required extraordinary government intervention. Unlike during the financial crisis of XXXX when the government directly bailed out the banksthe banking sector did not receive firm-specific support or a TARP XXXX.
