This is a follow-up complaint regarding TransUnions mishandling of my original CFPB complaint ( Case # XXXX, filed XX/XX/year> ). I disputed late payments reported on the following accounts : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX ( Account ending XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Account ending XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account ending XXXX ) I requested full validation, including proof of the late payments, method of verification ( MOV ), and identification of the verifying party. TransUnion closed my original complaint by updating or verifying as reported without producing any supporting documentation, billing records, or MOV disclosures. This violates : FCRA 1681e ( b ) : Failure to ensure maximum possible accuracy FCRA 1681i ( a ) : Failure to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation FCRA 1681s-2 ( b ) : Failure of furnishers to properly investigate I am demanding the immediate deletion of the disputed late payments, or full disclosure of the verification evidence. If not corrected, I intend to pursue claims for willful and negligent noncompliance under FCRA 1681n and 1681o.
