I am filing a complaint because my creditors are inaccurately reporting late payments on the following accounts : ending in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. I have disputed these accounts directly with Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, as well as with the furnishers. However, the late payments continue to be reported without proper verification or validation. Under 15 USC 1681s-2 ( a ), furnishers are required to report accurate information. Under 15 USC 1681i, credit bureaus must conduct a reasonable investigation within 30 days of receiving a dispute. Despite my formal disputes, neither the furnishers nor the credit bureaus have provided sufficient documentation to validate the late payments. I respectfully request the deletion of these inaccurate entries and enforcement action to ensure compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA )
