Specifically, XXXX XXXX XXXX is violating the following laws : Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ) : By failing to establish and follow reasonable procedures to ensure the maximum possible accuracy of consumer information reported. Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) : By failing to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation of disputed information in a timely manner. Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681b : By accessing and sharing my consumer information without a permissible purpose or my explicit consent. Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ( GLBA ), 15 U.S.C. 6801-6809 : By unlawfully sharing my nonpublic personal information without authorization, violating my right to financial privacy. I previously notified FactorTrust, Inc. of these inaccuracies and submitted a detailed dispute letter outlining all discrepancies.
