XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX To Whom It May Concern : I am writing to formally dispute the accuracy and validity of a collection account that appears on my credit report. Under Section 15 U.S.C. 1692g of the Fair Credit Debt Collection Practices Act, I have the right to request verification of this debt, as well as to request that any unverifiable information be removed from my credit report.
