I am complaining about TransUnion saying this pell XXXX is mine and wanting to do a charge off. This is not right when I complained about it they said that u.s department of education is not mine plus I have police report number XXXX along with an ftc report number XXXX I feel like when they hit my credit report u.s department of education it should not because my identity was stolen plus I have no clue why this XXXX XXXX was mine because I never opened it. I feel like no one wants too help me with being XXXX.
