Frequent unnecessary calls prior to the default 30 day period. This is the second time One Main Financial has been incessant. The first, aside from me, they went as far as to contact my husband who is not on the loan and does not have his contact information anywhere listed with them. My pay history shows some bumps, but overall I have made continuous payments to ensure I never defaulted into debt. The ongoing calls were unnecessary- going as far as using other numbers past their usual one - XXXX. Any attempt to comment on the matter, I just get an " I'm so sorry that happened to you. '' I received information to file. Formal complaint with their executive office, and to no surprise, no one actually answered. I wonder if they even staff the position to receive calls at XXXX.
