Subject : Unauthorized Re-Insertion of Previously Deleted Account on Credit Report To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally dispute the unauthorized re-insertion of a previously deleted account associated with my credit profile. The account in question was previously removed following a dispute and investigation, yet it has now been reinserted without any prior notice to me, the consumer.
