I sent XXXX on XX/XX/year> to my sister in the XXXX. I had the last letter on her name wrong and the bank where she is getting the money is not giving her since it wrongly misspelled the last letter ( E instead of A ). So i informed right away Sendwave through their chat support and on XX/XX/XXXX got a text message from XXXX ( a certain XXXX ) informing the cancellation and that i'll soon receive a refund. I waited as on their FAQ it says XXXX days. Since then i made subsequent messages on their chat support and on their call support. From XXXX until today, no response, except that im referred to chat support where i repeatedly typed in my issue. Every time, i got referred to or told that ill be connected to an agent. They gave an estimated wait time, that go overtime. When i tried calling their call support, im told to wait for next available agent which takes forever that exceeds XXXX minutes more that i have to drop the call
