I got an alert from my XXXX XXXX last XX/XX/year> that i have a balance past due by more than 30 days, and how it affects my credit score. I immediately checked XXXX XXXX and found out my credit score dropped XXXX points ( from XXXX to XXXX ), so i immediately reviewed what could have cause this, because I am sure that I pay all my bills on time. I saw that i have a balance from a company " Empower Finance/XXXX of {$210.00} '', which was opened last XX/XX/year>XXXX '' This is not me. I am totally not aware what this company is. I did not borrow money or open a credit card from them. I have Empower XXXX Account, which I immediately call, but they said, Empower Finance is totally a different company. I called Empower Finance, and im still waiting for their investigation.
