Ive had my comenity capital bank credit card for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for over 3 years now. I made a lum sum payment back on XX/XX/year> i believe the amount was for {$700.00} me thinking i was done paying the account i get charged with interest so at that point in irritated so i start paying whenever i can it was a {$80.00} balance and the interest and fees kept on piling up. The XXXX day you dont make a payment the next day they are blowing up your phone im talking all hours of the day and that is an FDCPA violation ive now been getting threatening voicemails to call and resolve before they have to take legal action you dont leave that on someones voicemail.
