I am filing a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for failure to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). In early XXXX, I submitted multiple disputes about inaccurate information being reported on my credit file, specifically related to a XXXX XXXX account. In XXXX, I formally requested a full copy of my XXXX consumer file under FCRA 609, including all records, dispute submissions, and investigation notes. XXXX denied this request and claimed it has no record of any disputes Ive submitted and no file on medespite the fact that other credit bureaus ( such as XXXX ) have these same accounts and confirmed my dispute history. XXXX refusal to provide a full file disclosure violates my legal rights under the FCRA. Their lack of transparency has prevented me from properly reviewing or correcting inaccurate credit reporting. Because I can not access my full file, I am left vulnerable to ongoing damage and have no way to prove or correct past issues. This has directly affected my ability to qualify for loans and credit products, damaged my credit score, and caused me emotional distress and frustration. And XXXX I am filing a complaint against TransUnion LLC for failing to provide my full consumer file under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). In XXXX, I submitted multiple disputes regarding inaccurate or questionable credit reportingespecially related to XXXX XXXX accounts. In XXXX, I contacted TransUnion and requested my complete consumer file under FCRA 609, which includes all data in their possession about me, such as dispute records, account histories, internal notes, and previous investigations. TransUnion told me they have no records they can send me except for this year and that they can not provide my full consumer reportwhich is extremely concerning. This response violates my rights under FCRA 609. Consumers are entitled to request and receive all information contained in their credit file, not just current year data. Other bureaus, including XXXX, were able to confirm my dispute history. TransUnions refusal to do the same feels like obstruction and may indicate poor recordkeeping or deletion of legally protected data. Their refusal has prevented me from fully verifying and disputing information they continue to report. I have experienced emotional distress and a loss of financial opportunities due to inaccurate and unrevised entries on my report.
