I was robbed at gunpoint on XX/XX/2025 for my all my valuables including my brand new XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX that i just received not to long ago. being as though i reported to my phone company and XXXX that my phone was stolen, they informed me my phone would be locked so I continued to allow deposit to be made into my account for a funeral that was supposed to be held early XXXX but soon checking my account I noticed more than {$10000.00} was gone. I provided the bank with multiple police reports with information breaking down the events and providing evidence but they still refuse to give me my money back. I opened multiple a disputes, XXXX being for {$500.00} and that also being the only XXXX they gave back. Ive been a chime member for a while now and i love the bank and hate to have to complain and think about taking legal options but this is ridiculous. You have purchases that include maid services and sport bets YET i live in a 2 bed room apartment and never had a maid step foot in my house let alone place a bet for more than {$2.00}. if the proper investigation was done this problem would be solved. even when i requested the documents to see why it was denied they said it would take 10 business days to get the documents, mind you, you have to dispute the charges 60 days after the purchase for them to even consider it. i been fighting this thing since mid end of XXXX-beginning of XXXX.
