EXPERIAN INFORMATION SOLUTIONS INC is not furnishing accurate information on my credit report & file. They are still reporting that I'm disputing these accounts : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I wrote to theses companies that I'm no longer disputing these account. EXPERIAN INFORMATION SOLUTIONS XXXX is misleading new potential creditors into thinking I'm disputing these accounts by keeping those comments on my credit report and file when that is not accurate or true. I have included screenshots of my credit reports that shows the remarks for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX on XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Case # XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX ( Case # XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX via CFPB to inform them XXXX I am no longer disputing any information on this account at this time, due to being in the process of getting a mortgage and that the dispute wording on these accounts were preventing my loan approval. I then asked them to please remove the dispute comments with all of the credit reporting agencies, which included EXPERIAN INFORMATION SOLUTIONS INC . I have attached this initial complaint letter titled : Initial Complaint XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX pdf. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX responded on XX/XX/XXXX. This is part of their response, On XX/XX/XXXX, the Bank submitted a request to remove the dispute comments from the Customers credit reporting. The Customer should allow up to 30 days for the change to reflect on the credit reporting. Based on the above details, the Bank kindly requests for this complaint to be closed. I have uploaded the complete response titled : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Upon checking my credit report for EXPERIAN INFORMATION SOLUTIONS INC, it shows that they added the dispute remarks instead of keeping it off of my credit report & file ; the complete opposite of what XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX said that they did. XXXX XXXX XXXX responded on XX/XX/XXXX. This is part of their resonse, The dispute removal has been completed and we report every Monday and to our understanding... it takes about 30-45 days for a reflection on your credit report. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused. I have uploaded the complete response titled : Response XXXX XXXX XXXX pdf. Upon checking my credit report for EXPERIAN INFORMATION SOLUTIONS XXXX, it shows that they still have the dispute remarks and have not deleted them, even though XXXX XXXX XXXX stated that they would send notice to them.
