SUMMARY OF FACTS : On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX prematurely debited funds from my account before delivery or finalization of the sale. I did not authorize this premature charge. Delivery of the vehicle did not occur until XX/XX/XXXX, leaving XXXX in possession of my funds for 11 days without delivering the product, violating Michigan law and consumer protection norms. I made multiple attempts to cancel the purchase both before and after the XX/XX/XXXX charge. XXXX ignored or denied all cancellation requests. Upon eventual delivery, the vehicle exhibited significant mechanical issues inconsistent with the advertised condition, and I again attempted to return the vehicle within XXXX stated return policy window. XXXX then refused to arrange for return or honor its satisfaction guarantee, instead finalizing the transaction without my willing consent, effectively forcing me into the purchase. Failure to honor return and cancellation rights after delivery violates consumer credit protections. XXXX. XXXX engaged in unfair trade practices, including : Charging for goods not yet delivered ( MCL 445.903 ( 1 ) ( s ) ) Misrepresentation of goods and services ( MCL 445.903 ( 1 ) ( c ) ) Failing to honor refund/return promises ( MCL 445.903 ( 1 ) ( y ) ) Engaging in unconscionable business acts ( MCL 445.903 ( 1 ) ( z ) ) 5. Unjust Enrichment Holding my funds for 11 days without rendering delivery or refund constitutes unjust enrichment and violates basic principles of contract fairness. This letter is submitted under full reservation of rights and in support of any administrative or judicial remedies I may seek. I request a written response within 15 calendar days in accordance with federal dispute resolution timelines. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX, XXXX
