I had an FHA loan that XXXX was nominated as mortgagee, and XXXX XXXX was my loan servicer until Wells Fargo took over in XXXX. I have contacted Wells Fargo, XXXX, FHA, XXXX XXXX, ( the original mortgage company that I had the closing with ) numerous times each. Wells Fargo violated my written requests for my loan documents, giving the explanation of XXXX position ( which has no relevance regarding the Document Custodian, Wells Fargo ). XXXX told me the XXXX number I provided from the documents I obtained from my county land records division, that it does not exist. I then read the representative the XXXX verbiage from the Mortgage document she said it was I registered and should have been registered as a XXXX after i read her the verbiage from the mortgage. i have formally requested two times from Wells Fargo under the Qualified Written Request for all documents related to my loan including transfers and assignments. they only sent me the documents of the approved loan modification from XXXX in which their error occurred. the original lender, XXXX XXXX has nothing at all. i have contacted them numerous times. i have filed complaints with CFPB, i am done waiting on Wells Fargo to provide me with the documents i have repeatedly requested. i believe they have not provided them to me because they do not have them. im done playing their ganes. what can i do to immediately start action against them for compensation. the foreclosure was in XXXX someone already purchased my home. so im not looking to get my home back. i want full compensation for Wells Fargo wrongful, Fraudulent acts both from over the years before the wrongful foreclosure as well as to this day, they are continuing their ongoing criminal activities. The statute of limitations is now void when they sent me a check for their error. I have spoken with 2 women from Executive Office, =nothing but continued dismissal of my requests. I had mediation = they offered {$2500.00}, in which I declined, the mediator stated {$3500.00}, Wells Fargo denied the mediators request.
