On XXXX XXXX I purchased a vehicle from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and the loan was through Westlake financial. The purchase price for the vehicle was XXXX and I also purchased a extended warranty. I put XXXX cash down. XXXX. The transmission went out. I called extended warranty they ripped Me off, so it would have been XXXX to fix to get a new transmission, I told Them to fix the milage that they originally messed up on so extended warranty can pay they refused, so I VOLUNTARILY SENT IT BACK. I PAID 9 MONTHS ON TIME THERE IS NO WAY POSSIBLE MY LOAN EVEN AFTER RETURNING THE TRUCK SHOULD STILL BE OVER XXXX I HAVE CONTACTED WESTLAKE FINANCIAL Upon thoroughly ready My paper work. I see the Guy at the car lot added a extra XXXX to the cost. I was and still is being Ripped off by XXXX XXXX from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and Westlake financial. I have been surrrfering, I paid for a rental out My pocket the Whole month of XXXX I have not worked since. I'm a honest Person, I feel so lost and depressed due to this situation.weatlake recently sent Me a saying If I pay the amount in full they would only charge Me over XXXX I already paid over XXXX. Please Help Me. And Help other 's by not letting XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and West lake financial continue to rip people off.
