I ordered a pair of women 's size XXXX XXXX loafers from a website called XXXX using PayPal pay in XXXX. The shoes that were sent to me were a poor quality ugly fake pair of men 's XXXX loafers. I messaged the sesverin customer service via email and they let me know they would provide a return label, they then stopped responding. I filed a claim on PayPal and they approved the refund if I paid for shipping back to the merchant ( shipping was {$60.00} on a balance of {$150.00} ). I contacted PayPal about the outcome because the merchant had a policy on its website that any order not correctly fulfilled would be refunded or eligible for return with shipping paid for. I have screenshots of all of the communications and policies from PayPal and the merchant. I filed a dispute with XXXX XXXX in XXXX, it was closed in my favor and PayPal was found liable. Paypal did not respond in the time allowed and the case was closed. I am now receiving calls, text messages, and emails from PayPal 's collections department saying I am liable. I called XXXX and they said I should contact Paypal and have send them the documents ruling in my favor or file a complaint with the FTC since Paypal did not respond while the case was open and was notified and is now saying I will be sent to collections. I called Paypal to handle the situation, I have been through XXXX different customer service agents that have sent me back and forth between XXXX departments saying they can not help me and I am liable and I need to reopen the case from paypal 's end, however, nobody on the phone can figure out how to reopen it or if I should reopen it.
