I received a notification from XXXX stating my credit score was being reduced by over XXXX points ( from XXXX to XXXX ) due to information obtained from Credit Collections Services XXXX XXXX XXXX Collection Agency based in XXXX, MA. According to CCS, I have an outstanding XXXX XXXX XXXXdebt of {$730.00}. I have never done business with XXXX and have no idea what this is about. So, I filed a dispute with Experian in XXXX. I was notified last week that the dispute is closed and the outstanding debt remains. I contacted CCS last week and submitted a request for them to look into this ( Request ID : XXXX ). Meanwhile, the perfect credit score of XXXX I have worked hard for has taken a severe beating and neither XXXX or CCS Collection Services seem to be concerned. I welcome any help you can provide.
