I am filing this complaint because Kenosian & Miele LLP intentionally submitted false information to the CFPB in response to a previous complaint, CFPB Complaint ID # XXXX. In their official response, they falsely stated : The parties have reached a tentative settlement and are awaiting final signatures. That is completely untrue. I was never offered a settlement tentative or otherwise. No agreement was presented, no communication was made regarding settlement terms, and there was nothing for me to review or sign. I have made multiple efforts to resolve this judgment, including offering to settle in exchange for deletion. They never provided a real offer, only mailed vague form letters with no path to resolution. By submitting knowingly false information, this law firm misled a federal agency and caused my original complaint to be prematurely closed. I am requesting the CFPB : Hold Kenosian & Miele accountable for submitting deceptive information Require them to correct the record And compel them to provide a legitimate opportunity to settle the judgment, including deletion upon resolution This firm has consistently avoided transparency and accountability.
