This is my second and final attempt to fix this issue directly. I am a federally protected consumer under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and I fully understand my rights, including my Right to Privacy under 15 U.S.C. 1681a ( 4 ). After checking my credit report, I found XXXX accounts that I never permitted to be reported : XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Account # : XXXX ) and XXXX ( Account # : XXXX ). Under 15 U.S.C. 1681b ( 2 ), you are only allowed to report accounts with my written permission, which I never gave. These accounts are unauthorized and should not be in my file. Keeping them there is not just wrong, it is a serious violation of federal law. Because of this, I have been denied housing and car loan opportunities, and its putting real pressure on me and my family. This is not a small error, its harming my life. I believe this is identity theft, defamation, and willful noncompliance under 15 U.S.C. 1681n, which allows for {$1000.00} in fines per violation, and even more if it causes actual damage, which it has. I also do not agree to any automated investigation using E-OSCAR or AI systems. This must be reviewed and handled
