Consumer Narrative
This complaint is against XXXX with Customer Service/ Discover Card I applied for a Guaeanteed Secured Credit Card with Discover Card. I used my Bank XXXXXXXX XXXX on my application for Discover Card to get {$200.00} from my bank. They for some reason didn't have my bank on their list to use. So my Credit was declined and this went against my Credit file. This was the fault of Discover Card and this is false advertising! XXXX was not helpful at all.
