I am filing this complaint regarding TransUnions failure to investigate the disputes I have submitted. On XX/XX/year>, I sent a dispute letter to TransUnion requesting that they investigate certain inaccuracies on my credit report, and I followed up with another dispute letter on XX/XX/year>. Despite providing all necessary documentation, I have not received any correspondence from TransUnion acknowledging or addressing these disputes. As a consumer, I have the right to know what is on my credit report, and I am entitled to have any inaccuracies investigated, validated, and either corrected or deleted. TransUnion has failed to fulfill this legal responsibility by ignoring my requests for investigation. This lack of response is a violation of my rights under the law. For a fair resolution, I know my rights as a consumer, and TransUnion has failed to do their job. They have not provided me with any information within the legal timeframe, and the law states that if they do not correct the errors on my report, those errors must be deleted.
