I have financed a online course with Klarna. after few weeks of sighing up I was unable to get in touch with the merchant and kept making my payments with Klarna. However, after several months when I did not get service or communications from the service provider ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) I started disputing with Klarna. They could not help me much. Every time I reach out to them they kept stalling without resolution. Meanwhile I've paid over XXXX USD to them without getting my promised service. I've recently stopped making payments to Klarna and claimed a refund. I am yet to receive any solution from them.
