I submitted all documents that they asked me to submit so that they can block these accounts that have popped up on my credit report because Im a victim of identity theft they acknowledge that I am a victim of identity theft but they still asking me to send the same documents and that I have sent in multiple times through the Experian upload portal and through the mail certified USPS These accounts on my credit report are hurting me and stopping me from establishing new credit from getting a new lease and from buying a new house, they are violating my rights under the CFRA they keep coming back with these accounts verified. How can account be verified if I was a victim of identity theft I have a police incident report. I have FTC reports I have proof of my address so I dont understand why Experian has not remove all these negative accounts from my credit report. Im attaching all of my FTC reports the incident report and a copy of bank statement a copy of my Social Security card a copy of my drivers license. And Im uploading a copy of the email from Experian that they sent me acknowledging that identity theft.
