There was only authorized use of my card on XX/XX/year>! I submitted my claim and they supposedly did their investigation within a day or so and when I ask for documentation of the reason for my denial it was very insufficient and ambiguous! I resubmitted my claim and it was denied again on the XXXX and again I believe their investigation was not thorough and inadequate. Also the reason for my claim denial documentation was again insufficient and not useful because it wasn't stating anything specifically! It resulting in {$900.00} and XXXX cent in funds lost because someone stole my car and made further the transactions! I believe that this violates my EFTA rights that due to the vulnerability of electronic funds transfers If I make a claim within 6 days I'm entitled to my funds being salvaged and me not being here liable! This is not what took place and I feel violated
