I was in a debt relief company, National Debt Relief. Approximately XX/XX/year>, I paid XXXX XXXX in full. According to my account with them XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was paid in its entirety, with a XXXX balance. I understand it will say on my credit for approximately 7 years, but all the other accounts I have show a XXXX balance. It still shows bad debt but with a XXXX balance. This one should show a XXXX balance as well but it is still showing a balance of approximately XXXX dollars and its saying I never paid it off. I have spoke with XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX numerous times and they both tell me its a XXXX balance but they wont show it as paid in the credit bureau. Can you please help me in getting this to show its been paid. I know it will still showing up as bad debt, but it needs to show a XXXX balance. Please help.
