Noncompliance with 15 USC 1681e ( b ) Failure to Maintain Maximum Accuracy : According to 15 USC 1681e ( b ), it is your legal duty to follow reasonable procedures to ensure maximum possible accuracy when reporting consumer information. The continued presence of this inaccurate late payment on my credit report demonstrates a blatant disregard for this requirement, constituting willful noncompliance. 2.
