Sofi bank charge my account {$75.00} as a pre-authorization hold that I did not use at a racetrack gas station. I told them that I needed the money to be put back into my account as it has been over 40 hours. I got proof from racetrack and had a three-way phone call with XXXX and XXXX with XXXX. Sending all the documentation needed proving that XXXX should release my {$75.00}. The lady I spoke with on the phone on the XXXX and was very very rude and refused to give the phone to a supervisor or to help me along any further in getting access to my {$75.00}. It has now been XXXX days and the transaction is still showing as pending, even though I have sent XXXX all the relevant information and documentation needed to prove that I should have access to my money. I would like to sue XXXX and move forward in small claims court after this if this is not solved immediately.
