Went up to Simmons bank and got pre approved for XXXX told the loan officer we were doing trade in and that we would be upside down on the car, spent an entire day signing paperwork and doing everything we need to do. Was also in contact with the loan officer all day and she is saying everything is good. Sent bill of sale and everything told us it was good, when we went to the bank to actually get the check they told us the loan dropped from XXXX to XXXX and that we would have to cover the XXXX roll over. This was after we signed all paperwork and drove the car off the lot to get the check to pay them. Now they are saying we cant get a loan for the XXXX thats left and have offered no solutions. They basically told us there is nothing they can do and washed their hands with the situation
