I took out a personal loan with courtesy loans in Oklahoma, I had a family issue and got behind, five days after I made my payment they filed legal on me without any notice whatsoever. I called to talk to the district manager who talked in circles. The lady I dealt with called my grandma and made her cry being so rude to her, called my job when I asked them not too and told my boss she needed my work info but was not filing on me I called to confirm this and she told me they havent started that process I just made a payment.
