I believe that Experian has violated several provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically : 1. 15 USC 1681-EB : Failure to ensure the maximum possible accuracy of information in my credit report. 2. 15 USC 1681-S2 : Neglecting to conduct a reasonable investigation into discrepancies I reported. 3. 15 USC 1681-I5 : Failing to provide notice of the results of their investigations into my disputes. 4. 15 USC 1681-CC : Re-inserting information that was previously disputed and found incorrect. 5. 15 USC 1681-A1 : Not providing written notice of the nature of these violations. 6. 15 USC 1681-IA6B3 : Ignoring my requests to validate the accuracy of the information in my report. 7. 15 USC 1681-IA5B : Not adhering to consumer protections as required by federal law.
