Ive just obtained a copy of my credit report and noticed the following errors. I have NO knowledge of these accounts. Not only are they in violation of my FCRA rights, they are erroneously reported Twice. XXXX XXXX and XXXXXXXX XXXX ARE THE SAME COMPANY and are reporting negatively on my credit report. XXXX XXXX Acct XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXXXXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX. XXXX. XXXX Acct # XXXX. 15 US Code 1681 ( a ) states any transactions between you and the creditors are REQUIRED to be EXCLUDED from your credit report. Any person obtaining a consumer report, under 15 US Code 1681N ( A ) ( 1 ) ( A ), under false pretenses or without permissible purposes for actual damages, shall be held liable for actual damages. Kindly, DELETE the above collection accounts above mentioned as soon as possible.
