I have No acknowledgment nor given consent permission to anyone in the institution to use my personal information to obtain or open the account to made unauthorized charges. I have reach out to the institution regarding about this matter and made sure the account open without my permission to be closed, remove and delete. As a Matter of rights under FCRA law to be in compliance, furnish-er of False information must provide any documentation that bears its original owners signature within XXXX business days, failure to do so in the essence of time period must have the false information delete or remove before the matter is taken to the court because of Predatory Practice by the institution and the furnish-er of False information. Please taken step necessary to remove and delete prevent any account opened under owners personals information without permission nor consent.
