Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/year>, a correspondence from Mirand Response Systems, a company I have never contracted with- sent me an email claiming debt collection attempt on an account through XXXX . This confused me, as the account were claimed to be closed with an offset balance, later under the impression the account in being sanctioned without further notice and due to this has caused me direct harm in financial dire straits and loss of productivity committing constructive work hours. Due to this I have made an attempt to properly address the concern and went forth before a judicial hearing, where claims for agency scope in review to the claims and sought immediate relief-left me without any options when denied. Now, my confidential information to be traded on the open market without my written or implied consent has caused me further delay in reasonable relief where I would otherwise be able to extend credit. My health has taken an incredible decline, as now depleted of income and to come up with day to day meals- depleted all immediate access to funds. This account the debt is acclaimed to were apart of payment for my local energy company- where now, my house is deemed unloveable as the climate has sporadically caused molding within the home, where otherwise the credit account would be able to cover an restoration company and provide me insurance- in which the company has never acknowledged in an disclosure to me that was availed to me. The XXXX XXXX XXXX has forgone several messages, where I have made in attempts reaching out to based on obligations that arent owed by me- and are attempting to extort in nature of me for payment that the company known or should have known were going to occur harm prior to sanctioning the account. The company misrepresents the accounts as closed-yet when reviewing the accounts, this is not the truth. Upon discovering that the final balances on the account were offset and without receiving proper notice of such an possible taxable determination, brings reason to believe this company may be committing an tax scheme to avoid penalty that otherwise would be liable by them. I have requested on an recorded call for an integrity board review of these attempts to continuously collect. I also requested for an exchange in the proper account better suited for my offset. The company violated my consumer federally protected right by engaging in debt collection practices where such information at risk of being compromised and otherwise confidential information. Im unaware at this time where this company received the lawful authority to mail me- nor have they received appropriate mailing address from me, and may have received this information from Credit Reporting Agencies that are reporting information without maximum possible accuracy, herein causing further harm to me extending credit elsewhere. With this breach of data- the delay of judicial notice, im with belief that this seizure werent lawful, without proper notice in persona of any hearing where I may defend claim, and never disclosed of my right to a jury trial or contest the debt, as the company is acting on hearsay third party information. To claim an debt against me and not have this notice and/ or any debt within claim, Im with reason to believe that may be an attempt to commit fraud.
