My 2 student loans are through EdFinancial services. The amounts are not significant, however, Ive began to attempt to make payments since XX/XX/XXXX. Every single attempt at a payment Ive made since then only continues to be reversed back to me from the lender. Im unsure why they continuously reverse all my payments back to me, and its reached a point theyve made my credit score drop significantly. Ive tried to pay more than whats due in hopes for that to work, only for them to reverse my payment without any explanation or help. Im at a loss and I cant let my credit score drop. My most recent payment made on XX/XX/XXXX says its still processing but I know its a matter of time when they reverse my payment which hurts me further.
