Attached are supporting documents including my identity verification, breach notification from Equifax, and recent credit reports highlighting the negative entries in question. Failure to act immediately will result in a formal lawsuit for damages, including but not limited to, emotional distress, financial harm, and failure to secure personal consumer data. The negligence that allowed this data breach to occur should not and will not be tolerated without accountability. I expect a confirmation of receipt and notification of action taken no later than 4 business days
