Per FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ) ( i ), any reinsertion of previously deleted information must be preceded by a certification of accuracy from the data furnisher. No such certification has been provided to me, nor was I notified of the reinsertion within five business days as required by law.
