See attached files I am writing to formally request your assistance in resolving an ongoing issue with the nationwide credit reporting agencies**Equifax**, **Experian**, and **TransUnion**concerning the presence of **fraudulent addresses** on my credit file. Despite multiple written disputes submitted directly to the credit bureaus, these inaccurate addresses remain on my credit report, in clear violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). These addresses are **not associated with me**, and I have never resided at or used them in connection with any legitimate financial activity. Their continued presence poses a serious risk to my identity and creditworthiness and may indicate or contribute to fraudulent activity. Per **15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ) **, the credit reporting agencies are required to follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information they report. Additionally, under **15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) **, consumers have the right to dispute incomplete or inaccurate information, and credit bureaus must conduct a reasonable investigation and correct or remove the information if it is found to be inaccurate or unverifiable.
