I am filing this complaint because I am being blocked from accessing my credit report through Experian unless I pay for a subscription that I do not want and never authorized beyond any free trial. I already accessed my free credit report, but now I am being denied access unless I update my payment method to pay {$24.00} for Experian XXXX XXXX charge my bank account even though I never consented to ongoing charges, and now I am locked out of my account. I can not cancel the subscription through the site or app, and I have not been able to reach a live representative to stop the charges or cancel the account.
