I am formally disputing the XXXX XXXX account currently listed on my Experian credit report. I have never done business with this company, and this account is not mine. I have spoken to multiple representatives at XXXX XXXX, and they indicated that this is a business account. I have never opened a business account, and it is negligent and potentially illegal to report a business tradeline on an individuals personal credit file without consent or signature. This misreporting is damaging my creditworthiness, financial posture, and personal reputation. This account was previously removed after a legitimate dispute, yet it has now reappeared without proper notification, reinvestigation, or certification of accuracya clear violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ).
