On XX/XX/XXXX, or thereabouts. I found some suspicious withdrawals on my online bank account with Regions Bank. ( The Regions bank located on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. ). I was forced to call Regions Bank at : XXXX and cancel the previous card and request a new card be mailed out ASAP. Regions Bank then mailed out a replacement card that was useless. It would not activate. After about a week calling back and forth attempting to get that card to work, they said they would mail out another replacement card. ( This was on : XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. ) I went through the process over the phone with the Regions Bank representative, and I was told that the new, Replacement card was in process and would be mailed out immediately. That was another XXXX XXXX ago ... and still no card has arrived in the mail!! I have been without any debit card since XX/XX/XXXX! Today 's date is : XX/XX/year>!! I called Regions Bank XXXX XXXX ago and all they could tell me is that they mailed out the card on XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX. I have been without access to any debit card for XXXX XXXX to this point! I have no access to any funds for groceries, to pay for gasoline, clothing... nothing!!! Please, HELP!! XXXX XXXX
