I had a credit card with Discover and a credit amount starting at {$5000.00} year of XX/XX/XXXX which was later decreased to {$4200.00} for undisclosed reasons. As I continue my monthly payments with the intentions of getting back in good standings with debt unexpectedly my account was closed XX/XX/XXXX without any clarity of why or access to any hardship programs for payment options. Which later was reported to all ( XXXX ) Credit Bureaus that cost a lowering of all ( XXXX ) credit scores across the board, that not only cause a deflation in my finances due to a high risk of denial from potential creditors approvals. I've been issued notices from debt collection agency across the board about the remaining balance, summoned to court as well. Is there not an act under the consumer protection that pertain to closed accounts and remaining balances? It's been over XXXX XXXX years that I've lost access to this account which I strongly think that this derogatory report should be removed from all ( XXXX ) credit bureaus agencies. Closed accounts settles just as that, CLOSED!
