I feel violated and Im filing a complaint for XXXX XXXX having access to my financial aid data including XXXX XXXX members, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX being around my sensitive private information is a definite breach of data and a violation of FERPA which is a federal law protecting the privacy of student education records, and those rights under, but include privacy of educational records, access to those records and control over information sharing. all of my financial aid was accessed without my prior authorization. Sharing of my records when there has been failure to provide us with access to our own records and data breaches involving protected student information. I am also going to contact the department of education and file a complaint as well as FERPA.
