Last week, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, my XXXX yr old son and I stayed at XXXX XXXX. WE turned the key in at the front desk and the ladies there that early that morning, asked if we were checking out. Days later, we get a {$150.00} charge to our account which was supposed to be frozen, to not allow unauthorized charges or this one, from our account! Plus they took the balance of mypay which was {$13.00}, took a transfer from XXXX for {$5.00} and change, AND the {$23.00} they advanced me that day and are charging me {$2.00}! So, I complained and filed a dispute. So that's under investigation. XXXX online says I can get {$45.00} mypay advance today.. payable on PAYDAY, which is not, again, today! They turned around and agreed to loan me the {$45.00} to payday but took it out of my account for the transactions in disputing leaving us, again, broke and owing chime {$2.00} for the payday loan they just gave me!!! I'm BEYOND sad right now.
