To whom it may concern my information was exposed in the Equifax data breach. With this exposure there were serval fraudulent accounts open in my name including bank accounts. I have disputed the item before and an investigation was done with the information coming back as fraudulent and deleted from my credit file .As of XX/XX/year> the creditor requested this item be put back on my credit file. My rights are being violated under XXXX this item should have been removed and blocked. I have contacted each credit agency and the creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX ) requested a full investigation. This should not be a 30 day dispute it should be a XXXX day investigation under XXXXI have submitted documents through certified mail to support my claim.
