I am disputing an inaccurate rental history entry related to a judgment from XXXX XXXX that is still being reported by LexisNexis and leasing desk also renter relations and rent grow even though the apartment complex filed a Release of Judgment with the court. The case was filed on XXXX and listed as Possession Only Judgment for Plaintiff. Since then, the apartment submitted a Release of Judgment with the XXXX XXXX court. Despite this, LexisNexis has continued to report the judgment as active on my rental history. I have disputed this directly with LexisNexis and submitted proof of the release, but they continue to decline the correction. This is damaging my ability to secure housing, even though the court no longer considers the judgment valid.
