So this started XX/XX/year> my account got hacked, and yes I got my money back but the problem is what happened after. It took 5 weeks to get my new debit card and 4 phone calls. They closed the pnc 's on XXXX here in XXXX, mi. Not only did they close them they took out the ability to go to the bank to get a new card. The whole time I kept trying to get my new card all my accounts started closing because I don't have my card to make the monthly fee. I tried a prepaid gift card but not all of the services would take it. The have XXXX on XXXX customers here in XXXX. Now I got hacked again a few weeks ago and yes I got my money but I am still waiting for my new card. When I called the first time the employee said she would order a new one. Well XXXX weeks go by and no card. I call again and the dam card was never ordered. They only have XXXX cashier during lunch rush and while the line gets long you see the stupid lady walking around giving you slips to fill out instead of getting behind the register to help. I have been in the drive through for up to a half hour waiting for my transaction to be done. I am ready to pull my money and close my accounts because they just are not good at taking care of their customers.
