On XXXX XXXX, I looked at my credit report, and noticed some inaccuracies. I sent a letter to XXXX XXXX Equifax asking them to investigate these accounts : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I sent letters certified mail & they did the investigation they sent back the information & said the accounts was verified. And according to the 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ) i see it states after any reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified. The credit bureaus did not reinvestigate and has violated my rights. I sent a report back on XXXX XXXX & I still haven't seen a change. I need this account deleted because it's not fair that a car company can report something false on your credit report & get away with it. I'm done trying make things right with this company. I need it deleted within 10days or next step is contacting my lawyers & also Adress does not match will also provide License. Resolution : Please update and delete these accounts XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX
