Crown asset management notified me they had bought an old debt from XXXX XXXX that was charged-off, profit loss from XXXX. I never received a 1099C for me to file it as income. They are now trying to pursue this collection through court. Neither one of these agency 's are on my credit report with the amount of debt they are trying to sue me for.
